George Borrow’s Relatives and Relations

George Borrow had no children, and his only brother, John, died before Borrow became famous, so Borrow himself has no descendants.

George Borrow married the widow Mary Clarke. Her daughter, Henrietta Clarke, was Borrow’s step-daughter.  Although Henrietta married William MacOubrey they did not have children together, so there are no descendants via Henrietta. However, there are descendants from the Cornish side of the family.
